My opinion is that this one is being accumulated in advance of the basker manta field reaching full production.
Many attributes to this stock...already trading at reasonable EBIT multiple before the inclusion of potential full year earnings from Basker/manta. Dividend amount?? Prospectivity given drilling programme exposure to oil price in climate of potential upward volatility....et...etc..
BPTOB look slightly better value given the leverage IMHO...
