Your posts read like corporate memos or hand-wavy instructions from a middle manager that has no real idea how the organisation works. Have you actually done any serious analysis on the business cases for TMT or AVL ? I read the kind of stuff you are posting all the time in the large organisation I work for, and I usually stop reading a third of the way into the first page. I bet you have a Masters degree in management or an MBA, or similar. I've stopped reading your posts beyond the first line. I suggest you give up trying to sell this merger to TMT holders, you are simply cementing the general opposition to this lemon of a deal.
