I’m pissed at management at the moment but I don’t think it was a threat, I think it was just putting us on equal terms with those that wrote to support. I also think considering the 22 hold 9% of the capital that it’s probably not 22 people from here. I’m lucky to call Australia home where I don’t have to be afraid of intimidation, and I don’t think TMT or Sabine are doing that.

if there’s something going on behind the scenes that requires the merger (I think there’s a big grant or partnership, buyout by a glencore or something to be frank) then offer us better than 12-1.

if not we both go our own ways. I’m more than happy to sit on these shares.
