What makes you post these comments please 1st?
ie
- Why is it very very interesting?
- and why do you believe these three forum members are committed to a no vote on the merger proposal?

FWIW I had already figured these three are long term holders, in since very early days at extremely low prices and I know @Danehill has been vigorously negative about the merger- including to dissing the SOA documents and independent expert’s opinion before even seeing them.

Plus (rather strangely) he chucked an absolute meltdown and said he was putting me on ignore when I suggested - based on Ian Prentice previous companies as noted on LinkedIn - that Ian might be a bit of a ‘horse trader’.​

But @alecfra has maintained a noticeably neutral position as I read his posts.

@teddie has written he supports the merger but questions the 58%/42% ‘value proposition’ .

We are in a situation where the votes of larger holders will count heavily and - as said - I would appreciate you clarifying what you just posted.
