Accordingly I wish to withdraw my vote until after I have reviewed these documents.

NB - this letter does not mean you might change your vote.
It does not even mean you intend to study the SOA and expert opinion.
It just means they have no legal right to publish your name in the SOA.

I hope you are getting paid by the word, not per hour.

PS: if anyone wasn't aware - "Sabine" appears to be a plant from people with vested interests.
