Like I have always maintained McGowan is a failure in his own State on Hospital funding etc etc.
The only reason he didn't let you in and now won't let you in unless you are triple vaxxed.
His bravado hides a far more incompetent scenario.
Every State Premier is guilty of lack of funding
Forget all the other arguments of his amazing record, it's just a fact he didn't fund WA,s medical infrastructure well enough.
He knows WA doesn't have enough resource's to cope
