It may be that people are being a little unrealistic about how quickly this can be done.
If the Alfred are doing home visits a time of about an hour per positive case is probably the minimum. That means that 5 or 6 cases per day which equates to four weeks to get 100 cases if a single researcher is doing it. Add to that the negative cases which may be a bit quicker and then analysis and writeup and probably some sort of review process. Unless the study has been funded to allow for multiple researchers to get a bit of parallelism into things its gonna take a while.
