Of course shareholders are the bank, where else have they gotten funding from, oh yes a little bit from the Queensland government but that will be eaten up in no time so it will be back to shareholders to bank roll them. Why haven't they gotten more government funding, did the Qld government say to themselves we have backed the wrong horse here
