Yip. I have asked ADO for ADOOA conversion forms from the ADO website and never received a reply. Still waiting to convert.
The CIA, Govts and other agency's send out messages slightly different words, characters, spaces etc, to each recipient so as to help identify who leaks info.
Maybe ADO are using this technique to identify names of holders and their actual nics on Hotcopper. I just mentioned it on HC and so they may be able to to identify me now by joining my request for ADOOA conversion form and now this HC post.
Then again maybe I am just a suspicious person and my email request went to spam.
