I have stated this before - the corporate structure they have (intentionally) developed is worthy of an academy award for such a minnow, but the right people are in place to have engineered it. It could easily be incorporated and integrated into a major pharma or tech player and become a division of the host. And with that would go the spoils of position and salaries. If it fails to deliver it could just as easily be severed at the umbilical cord later. All of this would be done outside Australia where the markets adopt early developers, or more tech savvy investors understand the potential, if it has any?
And don't forget all done on the back of the mum and dad investors here in Australia. What will they get for their efforts and faith?
