I've had no confidence in this Board for about 4 years - since change of MD & chairmen.
Fortunately I managed to trade my way down in price and ultimately get out at a small profit. Very disappointing given the promise this company had under earlier management.
If the yes vote goes through I think a total change in direction would be best as they won't have enough funds to make an impression in the O&G industry. Many exploration companies are zombie companies at the moment because they can't raise the large amounts of capital to play in this game.
This company needs a total new direction and a new board. It doesn't need the spivs that have bought ERM's shareholding.
