Depends on a multitude of things. Deposit would have to be similar enough to MNS's and homogenous, and MNS would need to be unable to meet demand for their product from their existing supply. They have only drilled 2% of their Nachu tenement however, and existing production of 250ktpa is only based of 36% of their known deposits. I.e not that likely.
If a T/O were to occur, I'd imagine it would be from a competitive perspective, but, in my opinion, MOZ still has a lot of work to do to be considered threateningly competitive for MNS to take it out, even with Hunt's defection. Hunt's specialties are known to be marketing minerals into China, a market MNS already has significant leverage in.
Have a read into what role Hunt played in scoring those off takes with MNS. There's a bit of dot joining and reading between the lines but it gives great insight into how he might do it again for MOZ, assuming that my interpretation of it is correct. As always, IMO!
