This is a startup. The CEO should know everything. Especially with the salary he pays himself.
And if you haven't noticed yet, it is about integrity. How are investors, such as yourself, supposed to model the prospects of the company when they don't disclose important information? If Amazon cancel the MSA, will they tell the market? Will they tell the market if Amazon sign up for 2b deliveries or will you find out after the share price moves 300%? Will the CEO even know?
