Is there any information as to how much CNP is charging CER for their property management services? is this fee excessive, if so, does CER have the power to review and appoint another party?

I understand that CNP has a large holding in CER, but this is as a shareholder, as is everyone else. I know they benefit alot from having mgt rights, in addition to the dividends but isn't this like double dipping, esp. if their fees are excessive?

IMHO I'm sure CNP is doing right by CER ;P
