When they are satisfied that all is well then of course they could go ahead with a contract at anytime. But they might find adjustments need to be made and this could cause the study to be extended. However due to the terrorist situation there is a high degree of urgency from the US Government to get things moving as soon as possible, so a long drawn out pilot testing program is unlikely. I think we will see things happen sooner rather than later.
