if we lived by that motto "the past is the past" the world would be in a sorry state. the management have to answer questions about past actions, fees, wages, corporate governance issues etc etc.
it seems the management are blaming people like me and denver for manipulating the market by speaking out on HC!!! (typical of this management).
the market decided a long time ago that the past actions of this management reflect the future and have caused an 80% drop in the share price, zero volume and a stock which trades at 30% of book value.
this is what should be discussed, how can a stock trading at 30% to book value have zero daily volume??
the management is the problem, it answers to no one, mr.stroud and an accountant do not look very assuring to the investing community. so lets vote an independent director to the board, if we can get over 5% of the vote we can force them to appoint a director (if someone knows the technical terms please post it) or better still vote against mr. stroud and the renumeration.
i don't have a WAL expense account and can't afford to fly, it would be great if the management could answer the questions posted yesterday,on HC today???
who owns the other 50% of the vineyard, etc etc???
