The non-believers may be scratching their head on how the stock has moved up over 11% today with NO GOOD NEWS ANNOUCEMENTS from CMR and a relatively quiet market overall. All on HUGE volume for CMR.
Do I believe the market is fully informed for CMR? Yeah right
