Yes, the first royalties from TEMCELL will not be huge since they started selling it only a month ago, but it will give an indication of the sales figures.
I don't see share dilution since, take the CHF Phase 3 trial for example, TEVA is funding all of that. SI did say that they are looking for partners for other indications.
