The placement has already been completed weeks ago, therefore the dilution affect has already been factored into the current price.

The only way for SMY from here is up. Nickel price is rocketing, constrution of new project about to commence. NPV of project over $50million. Market cap $35mill or so. Cant see much downside. Price may chop around a bit until christmas but early next year will repsond to construction activity at the project and nearing cash flow.
