    Regardless of their legal nature, WTF is Sunbridge doing supposedly paying for their refurbs?

    I have enough experience with franchising to know that the brand owner sure as sht won't pay for franchisee fitout/refit/whatever. [Cue the SBB cheer squad saying BUT CHINA IS DIFFERENT!!!! etc etc etc]

    Same applies for any other legal format except wholly owned company stores.
