Also if NO vote prevail, Superior shareholders don't have a $5mm expense to pay off the arsonists who intentionally set the business on fire. If NO prevail Superior ain't paying $2mm break fee. Plus $2mm in legal fees expense for catalyst appeal of all the verdicts catalyst done lost at wasc, Catalyst be paying at least $2mm too, fighting us and zuleika plus catalyst already on hook for paying Superior past legal bills from last 3 cases catalyst lost at wasc.
