Eye contact is either through touching your eyes with contaminated hands or being in close confinement areas where the virus is circulating in the air. It'd be exceedingly rare for you to be infected outdoors unless you are being somewhat intimate! The Covid virus is 0.1 of a micron in size where as the holes in these useless cloth masks can be up to 200 microns. So there is no way that they can properly filter the air that you are breathing in or out!
