Doesn't seem that Microgenix can even afford to pay their bills at the moment. I contacted korver engineering and they confirmed that the following payments still have not been settled by microgenix:

Microgenix Corporation is a delinquent debtor to Korver Engineering Ltd.

Microgenix Corporation of Chicago, Illinois is the North American headquarters of Microgenix Ltd.,which based in the UK. In June of 2002, Microgenix Corporation, on behalf of a Canadian licensee,contracted Korver Engineering Ltd., a Canadian engineering firm that specializes in designing infection control devices, to design the North American version of their Duct Mounted Air Purifier.

The contract was finished on August 20, 2002 and to date the invoice has not been paid. On December 5, 2002 the account was referred to Dixon Commercial Investigators for collection.'
