When VNA shares were stampeding towards $3.80 (that's 100 times the current value!) a few years ago a friend of mine emailed Telefonica Chile regarding the US$1 billion "deal". They replied that there was no contract with VNA. The company, when questioned by the ASX, affirmed that there was a "deal".
So, an answer from the people who are supposed to have done the research will be interesting to read.
A simpler thing to do would be to contact the engineer in New Zealand who obtained the rights to the technology, and subsequently decided not to proceed. You will find the information if you are lucky on "google" by simply typing in "Microgenix".
In the meantime I will be keeping my money in my pocket. just in case there is another "deal" on the way.
