Ironfist, I don't think the market will give two hoots about 1987 anniversarys. The rumour mill has been spruiking October crashes and devastation, but the world is a different place now - the resource hungry side of things, and Australia's strong position in providing these resources should save us from a reoccurrence at this point.
I think it's a way off yet - and may be linked to something more major in world events if there is going to be a 'crash' - but that's just my take on it - I'm an optimist -
And I love the scallop and saucer formations that martis is talking about. We are heading for a great breakout - and this week could certainly see it.
Just waiting for confirmation news that one or more projects is really taking off and I'll be very happy!
Just run comparisons on how quickly a stock can run from the teens to significant numbers.
How long ago was TLM trading in the teens? What did it do last week? This is on iron ore news and the prospect of a great resource having been uncovered in the Pilbara -
CVI has 3 major projects, any one of which could see that type of reaction - although it might take longer as they have more shares in the market.
That's why reducing the free float needs to happen by the accumulators to reduce the number of available shares and take it out of the hands of day traders and into the hands of investors.
Anyway - enough for today - I've got to head out soon. Apparently I have a life away from the computer!! lol....
