What do you mean arrested?


Basically imo, the directors have handballed themselves one of the better deals going around. Now they have a listed vehicle to raise cash, all the while paying themselves further cash/shares whilst they are proving up resource.

I would like to know another company whereby the deal not only buys a resource of the directors but continues to pay out for a year if not a few years to come...
