i agree,

there had to be more between the company and this broker,

it would not surprise me in the least if thay have known what was going to happrn long before it happend,

and with the down turn in oil prices it is my beliefe that there could be more of a downside to there share price yet,

possabely as low as $0.021 cent's.

p/s i do not hold,
just watching and waiting.
