do you think fkp would accept an offer by stockland at 50c when they rejected an offer in June 08 for 5.50

bearing in mind, the markets have turned nasty, fkp would not accept an offer below 2 dolars in this current climate me thinks

i dont think stockland are a player, who knows maybe kkr or another private co might be interested (or possibly the mulpha group)

anyway, these discount prices wont last forever- you can be guaranteed of that

I think the stock market will see a nice strong rally in the next few weeks, and the property sector will be the best performer
