You need to be more critical of politician press releases. Words such a 'Hollande WANTS to cap.." etc are a big hint [my emphasis]. Again "set to be adopted before the end of next year" is similar. Bit like Rudd set to move Garden Island to Brisbane, the change to leased cars and a new carbon pricing mechanism.
Appreciate you providing all views and information on the inputs that will shape the nuclear power industry. Need to see the good and the bad plans.
