The only reason that i can see as to why it is taking a while to relist is:
a) to sell a premium product you need to make sure you can get best price for it, this is not your average grade mine, in the average position with a not too bad resource, in fact its the opposite. A high grade mine with a position to die for with plenty of stay 25years minimum and a great neighbour to boot.
