    Zonetrader, simple question for you, if the packaging doesn't matter why are the tobacco companies running a big campaign against it and making threats?

    It would also run counter to the hundreds of millions of dollars companies pay ad agencies for packaging designs etc.

    Common sense suggests to me that they fear this policy will be effective.
