I will tell you something else funny, ha ha, about HK and ciggies. You can bring in 19 cigarettes duty free. If you buy a packet of 20 and take out one ciggy and smoke it it does not count! You still get done for 20! It is designed to stop stuff coming in from China, but I await the 19 ciggies packet.
