Can you explain how $80,000 in 2010 and $80,000 in 2011 constitutes a pay rise? None of the directors have had a pay increase (and one would assume won't this year without considerable success) in at least the 2 years I could be bothered to research to show your statement is incorrect. And now you restate something which is clearly incorrect "pay rises for everyone".
From your last post, I suspect you are not ignorant of the facts (as they were stated in my post and are verifiable), but have another agenda? What could that be?
You have stated that you were a Top 20 shareholder for many years and I am not sure if you still are. Is your lack of comment regarding posts relating to MOD, of which you must have been very familiar, a function of familial or friendly relations? Statements in the past by MOD have been very damaging to the company. From what I understand is the case, MOD was responsible for the rot which is throughout the company NOW and that TOD was brought in to fix it, probaly too late. If you have lost so much money, mostly as a function of the work and actions of MOD, where's the criticism of MOD? And you state "pay rises for everyone", when this is clearly not the case.
For the record, I have no familial/friendly relationships with MOD, TOD, Lee or any other employee of MST, past or present.
