I agree the US didn't bat an eyelid with regards to the article. It's 1:15US, 13c down on previous 1:28. It's funny how LYC is owe company but they seem to have a better price stability. I respect that their volume as OTC is extremely low compared to us.
However, I strongly disagree LYC is speculative.
Adjective:
Engaged in, expressing, or based on conjecture rather than knowledge.
A conjecture is a proposition that is unproven but is thought to be true and has not been disproven.
