Watching how another company has recently gone through a fairly critical change in management direction & company structure , they landed on setting up two divisions :

1. Process Plant Development & Operations
2. Field Development & Evaluation

They are at a little further along stage in their lifecycle, they have the resource well defined & have built a demo plant which has been operating for a few months.
Watching the steps they are taking - with the above divisions & the background of the people they are onboarding has been instructive & may be indicative to how TIVAN could eventually develop.

I could certainly see a case for the above as 2. was driving 1. rather than being seen as discrete entities on their own.

And with the significant tenement base TVN now has, along with the complexity (1. will be extremeley complex to deliver), a degree of separation wouldn't be the worst thing.

Not advice, just opinion. (Lucky I've got a week of R&R coming up to think this through.)
