Two things keeping me out still:

1) Where is SMS. We need an update. I'm pretty confident they're still in, or Grant wouldn't be all-in on Speewah;
2) Raising capital. It is inevitable. And the urgency is now dialed up.

$5.9M left in the kitty Jan1. Probably sub $4M now. Then sub $2M with the $2.5M cash payment for Speewah.
TVN need:
~$10M raised urgently for the next 12months operations;
+ $10M for Speewah acquisition within the next 6-12months.

Not to mention the $10M of shares being issued to KRR.

In total that's $30M of capital issued for a $100-$120M Market cap company.

I do think it will be money well spent medium to long term, but short term I do see a handbrake on the SP that won't be released for some time.

Grant's next priority will be addressing my points 1 and 2 above, if he can address them together then all the better.
