I am pleased to read that KRR shareholders appear to be very pleased with the deal…. That's the way it should be, in the end exactly these shareholders have to agree to the deal in March... but that looks very good...
20 million Australian dollars is just the amount that KRR has already invested in the project... and for us as Tivan shareholders, this deal is worth many times more than 20 million Australian dollars, because we have the Tivan technology and make it so economical.... and apparently everything is paid for with the $20 million, we don't have to pay any royalties to KRR later after the project has been implemented.... I had counted on Tivan having to give up at least 10-20% of the proceeds....
Grant negotiated that really well, it certainly wasn't easy….
well i still think this deal is amazing...and Speewah-MiddleArm sounds fantastic to my ears...
