Fosters are the worst brokers and the majority of their recommendations head the other way! An example of this is CFE, they issued a similar statement suggesting the stock price could shoot up to 75c, CFE are now trading at 12c - a 52 week low! good one Fosters. If anything id be selling PDN or at least waiting for a rebound.
