Well, GSW has acquired ONE other company, it's hardly their business model as such at this point compared to WTC which acquires a new mob every 2 to 3 months it seems.

Shippit has a different set of issues to contend with and is by no means a silver bullet either. It is one of many competitors that I believe GSW can take the market from through their backing and high level integrations that other players cannot seem to succeed at so far just cause they don't have deep enough pockets to create solutions for fast enough.

It's a burgeoning space and all players want to knock one another off the perch through any means.
