    I have no idea about other markets but here in Sydney everyone could feel the hysteria in property market last year. . . some parts of the market haven't come down yet but Developer purchases are definitely dropping off now. There's your first sign. . . but I sold out & there's 28 days left in a 9 month settlement. I cant wait & gold's in the biggest bull market in years . . . . . . hmm?
