    I can see 2 types of anguish in share trading / investing.

    1) You buy on optimism but the price immediately plummet / keep on going down everyday. (Anguish based on regret)

    2) You sell on pessimism / contempt but the price skyrocket immediately / keep on going higher every day. (Anguish based on greed)

    Both hard to swallow.....
