It certainly ranks with the disappearance of Harold Holt.
If he's incapacitated then sick leave should end soon and he should go the WorkCover route then claim partial disability etc. Same as every other Victorian worker.
Why does he and Neville get to have indefinate sick leave when other Victorians have to obey the rules?
