Yeah, I wondered same as you mate - 3B, given the 400k sold into auction but not to be so far. Possible could be an option holder that still had some from previously converted that decided hold and now sell, who knows.

I wasn't really expecting one though as I saw the discussion posts around it over the weekend...I would assume that now NXR will take 100% ownership then no need for the 51% tranche payment...essentially when the full acquisition goes through then NXR / WBT will be....mi casa su casa per se so why bother?

Agree as well on the sell side - appears to be dwindling somewhat with the bulk around that 0.14 - 0.16...should tighten some more you would think over coming weeks given the Co. timeline already advised. Part of why I was thinking some manipulation for accumulation going on....don't let the SP run too much and then pull it back to grab some more?
