    anyone in the right mind would not place an order of that magnitude in that manner, if they really wanted to exit the stock.

    IMHO, that is another attempt cap the stock ahead of the raising.

    I note that there are a few custodian/nominee banks listed high on the t20. Maybe some managers are seeing the writing on the wall here and trying to halt proceedings.

    gees, i wish i had 200k to take them out :)

    maybe we can all chip in instead :)
