Hello Hawkwest from what I Remember they pulled out of Tanzania ,something to do with problems with the well performance and then not receiving their moneys from production from their partners it got messy.They are still owed this money but I think they realised it was gonna cost more in time and costs to recover this money so they just pulled the pin and decided its more safer to operate in Australia.Seems a story that keeps on repeating for small Australian companies trying to develop in Africa.Have a look at FAR they drilled 12 holes had success with all of them ,found the biggest oil find in the world for 2014 and now haven't traded for months now and are having to panic sell out of the project dirt cheap as they can't raise enough finance to see the project to production. Shareholders are left scratching their heads wondering how this all came to end like this with hundreds of millions of dollars lost.Please PEP 11 partners make sure what ever happens here isn't allowed to end up like that.
