    Hi gosh... excellent title - a 'perpetual one' ??

    As I have posted before -- the delay is of concern to me ......all hype and go go go a few weeks ago ... but seems to have hit a brick wall.

    Hope the 'hippies' 'chippies' 'whackos' and 'the coloured ones' (greens) have not take control of the ship ?

    Maybe someone in power has lost their pen and cannot sign the dam thing !
