I have just phoned company too and they confirmed that yes today, 8th November, IS the last day you can buy this stock for this 1-5 entitlement.
November 15th is the registry close date for this issue to allow for T+3 settlements.
But you MUST buy today by end of trade if you want the 1-5.
This is straight from the horse's mouth, as this company person has been horrified to hear herself being described!
