no more appeals possible. TTS had more to lose than TAH, since TAH wasn't awarded any compo in previous rulings, but TTS had the $540mil already paid to them. Now TTS have to pay it back, with interest, plus legal costs to Vic Gov.
oh well, that's the way it goes, I was holding on to my TTS hoping the high court would back the supreme court ruling, but that was not the case. Nevertheless, in the end the damage was not as bad, rallied back all day to close where it is now, after touching the low of $3.55
