2. they have raIsed 3.2 m giving them a total of mid 4s. That. Allows for some drilling and a higher SP
3 the risk of waiting is the project / resource be, comes bigger and the ultimate acquisition cost grows
4 the larger the project the more attractive it becomes to a mid tier looking for TIn
5 the area is evidently laden with tin , the chances heemskirk is a much bigger resource is very high
6. Nero are a big fund that I imagine wait and even shop the asset around domestically and globally

whether MLX pay book value ( 12 m) or a bit higher 15m ) it’s a rounding error . Note if they strike now they also get the cash from recent raising

this is both a blessing and a curse for MLX . On the one hand they can work together with Nero and make a play that has more chance of success and or Nero may act as a bloke stake. I imagine Nero are here for the profit and a 60- 80% profit under a year I am sure will be sufficient.
