Interesting. So just need to get enough parties together and unified that hold 20%+ collectively as a group? But would still need somebody with experience to execute and take the lead. Ideally someone who knows the ins and outs of Oz corporate law. So maybe one activist professional shareholder taking the lead + a bunch of frustrated retail could do it?
